SBFTESTIFY - Settlement Event
“Settlement Event” means the defendant, Samuel Bankman-Fried (“SBF”), testifying in the case of United States of America v. Samuel Bankman-Fried, currently being heard in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York with docket number 1:22-cr-00673. If SBF testifies, this contract will payout at 100%. If SBF does not testify, the contract will payout at 0%.
“Index Value” means 0% should the Settlement Event not have occurred or 100% if the Settlement Event has occurred .
