SBFJAIL - Settlement Event
“Settlement Event” means a custodial sentence made at first instance in the trial of Sam Bankman-Fried in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York with a current scheduled trial commencement date of 2 October 2023.”
“Index Value” means 0% should the Settlement Event not have occurred or 100% if the Settlement Event has occurred .
