SEC Bitcoin spot ETF Approval (XBTETFF24)
“Settlement Event” means the grant of in-principle approval by the US SEC of a bitcoin spot ETF on or before 03:59:59 UTC 17 January 2024. On the settlement event if the US SEC has approved in-principle any bitcoin spot ETF, this contract will payout at 100%. If no such approval has been granted, the contract will payout at 0%.”
“Index Value” means 0% should the Settlement Event not have occurred or 100% if the Settlement Event has occurred.
