“Settlement Event” means Kamala D. Harris securing at least 270 Electoral College votes (out of 538 Electoral College Votes) in the 2024 US Presidential Election and being declared by CNN and Fox News as the winner and as the 47th President of the United States of America.

If Kamala D. Harris wins the 2024 Presidential Election and is elected as the 47th President of the United States of America, this contract will payout at 100%.

If Kamala D. Harris does not win the 2024 Presidential Election, this contract will payout at 0%.

“Index Value” means 0% should the Settlement Event not have occurred or 100% if the Settlement Event has occurred.
